ABOUT DUNCAN COKER

Duncan Coker is an unrepentant balladeer from the Colorado piedmont, with a voice that carries. Solo or with his band, he brings a western swagger that lands like leather boots on barnwood and brass.

Coker writes songs built on side roads and late nights with a worn-out guitar. Mixing western folk rock and red dirt country, his music channels the grit, heart, and the wide-open spirit of the American West. Since releasing their debut album in 2024, Coker and his band have been turning heads — opening for national touring acts and packing out clubs and festivals across the West. With features on KRFC (Fort Collins), KGNU (Boulder), and Yellow Scene Magazine, they’ve staked their claim as one of the freshest voices in western roots music. Now, with a second album on the way in 2025, the band’s just getting started.
